This masterclass is specially designed for wine lovers. You will taste 6 wines from various French regions, including one Champagne. Go on a journey of taste from the Champagne region to Bordeaux via Sancerre and the Rhone... Make yourself comfortable, and enjoy this trip around France, wine by wine! The session will cover a range of topics, including: the secrets of Champagne making; wine-tasting techniques; specialized vocabulary; making sense of French wine labels (the concepts of terroir and appellation); the major French wine-growing regions (their grape varieties and the types of wine they produce); and where to track down the best French wines. Your host will also endeavour to answer all your questions on these subjects.
